My bag cracked mid-trip, while traveling Spain by train and flights. Every trip made it obvious no one was designing luggage for people who bounce between work and getaways. So I stopped complaining and started sketching.

Sketchpad to Factory Floor

I flew to China with a few samples and a rough idea. For weeks, I was the only Westerner in sight, walking through factories, checking wheels, testing zips. Most said no. Eventually, I found a partner who helped Eco Lifestyle to life.

Breaking Into the Market

We launched on Takealot with just products we believed in. Within four years, we ranked in the top 10 for luggage. That momentum took us onto more platforms and onto shelves at Makro and Pick n Pay stores including the ASAP app.

Going Global

We’ve joined Amazon in South Africa. It’s early days, but the vision is clear: Cape Town-designed luggage, trusted across borders. We don’t chase trends. We build gear that lasts, so you pack once and travel far.
