Registering an account is easy. Go to the top right hand corner, you will see an icon of a person.
Click on it and all you will need is a email address and a contact telephone number.
You’ll also be asked to create a unique password to keep your account safe. Make sure it's memorable.

1) Leave A Review
Once you received your order we will send you an email within 7-10 days to leave us a review to earn a 10% off voucher.
2) QR Code
Once you have successfully placed an order with us. On your delivery parcel, you may receive a sticker with a QR code. Scan it with your smartphone and follow the steps.3) Redeeming
Very simple, make sure you sign-up on Eco Lifestyle. Then add all your desired items to your cart. Then at checkout type in your unique code where it says "discount code". It is that easy!

Pre-order products means you are ordering a product that are currently not at our distribution centre in Cape Town.
We import from different countries around the globe including the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, India and Vietnam.
It may take up to 4 months to arrive, we will indicate the estimated date of arrival on each product page. For ordering early, we offer a free eco-friendly gift with your order.

Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

Alternatively, you can come to our head office to pay in-store via our Yoco card facility or in cash.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We accept payments from MobiCred, Instant EFT, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Ozow, SnapScan, Zapper and normal EFT with our banking details.
Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide in South Africa within 1 to 5 business days.

Delivery will take 1- 5 business days to arrive to your doorstep. The details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region in South Africa and are calculated at checkout.
Here is an estimation of delivery fees:
- Free delivery for orders over R950.
- R65 same-day delivery for orders over R499 (Atlantic Seaboard to Tableview).
- R99 Small package delivery for orders under R500.
- R199 Medium package delivery for orders between R500 – R75
- R249 Large package delivery for orders between R750 - R950
- R950 overnight express delivery orders which takes 1-2 business days.

Yes, we offer free shipping for large domestic orders. Check the cart to see the current deal on free shipping..

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe for wholesale orders only.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.
- Damaged item
If you order an item and it arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge and ONLY if it is out of stock we can either give you a full refund or you can exchange it for another item for the same value.
- Changed your mind
If you order an item and it was not what you expected, you may return it at your own expense or we can assit you with a 10% handling fee on the order value. We will then check if it's in the same condition as it was sent to you. Then we will refund you if everything is in same condition as delivered d to you.

A refund request can be submitted within a 14-days after the purchase is made. Thereafter, we cannot be liable.

- Unopended Order
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund (less delivery fee).
- Opended Order
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund of 10% of order value.
- Damaged Order
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

When an order includes free delivery, Eco Lifestyle covers all delivery costs to the customer. When a customer wants to return their order, the delivery fee will be handled by the customer - which is a 10% handling fee of the order value.
Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The warranty covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 14 days of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. -
We do not offer the service of reparing for any damanaged items, we can offer you a new replacement for less 10% of the current price available online.
Branding & Wholesale

Yes, we do.
You may order all the items sold on our online store at wholesale prices. We are also, able to source similar items for you. It will subjected to a minimum order value of R5,000 ZAR or above.
