This ultra-moisturising body lotion helps to hydrate and nourish dry skin. It also helps to soothe, calm and soften skin while promoting a healthy skin barrier. A refund request can be submitted within a 14-days after the purchase is made. Thereafter, we cannot be liable.
- Unopended Order
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund (less delivery fee).
- Opended Order
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund of 10% of order value.
- Damaged Order
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.
