  • Use a flat screwdriver or butter knife to remove the zip puller. Use a padlock to secure the zip pullers if needed.

✈️ Damage by Airlines, Buses or Trains


    • Damage caused by airline handling is not our responsibility.
    • File a claim with the airline at the baggage counter immediately upon arrival.
    • They may offer reimbursement, repair, or replacement.
  • File a claim with the carrier responsible for transporting your bag.

    Eco Lifestyle is not liable for damage once the bag is handed over to a third party.

    Important: Always wrap your bag and keep weight under 23kg.

🧳 Product Info & Features


  • Eco Lifestyle does not offer warranties.

    However, if your item has a material defect (e.g., broken lock) within 14 days, we may replace it or offer store credit after review.

    Airline damage, misuse, or wear and tear are not covered.

  • We measure products including handles, wheels, glides, and pockets.

    Small measurement variations up to 1.5 cm may occur.

  • Some luggage (like our Lisbon and Monaco ranges) have a zipper that allows extra internal packing space when opened.
